People United to save the Lives of Single-cell Entities (PULSE) and Save All Germs (SAG) have jointly agreed on their new mascot "Germy".
Germy will hand out fliers, business cards and coloring books to small children at PULSE or SAG events starting this summer. Germy will also be featured on PULSE and SAG marketing materials and possibly a television commercial that might be aired during next year's Super Bowl and other major sporting events.
"It's time we took our cause to even a larger scale. If we really believe that bacteria and germs and other single celled animals are worth protecting then we need to take our fight even that much more seriously, we need to punch the world in the face with our message. And Germy is just the tool to deliver that punch." Talia said.
Germy represents the human side of a single celled person and he/she will put a face to our cause.The Germy mascot costume/suit which was created by Face Makers Inc. is nothing short of spectacular and ironically will double as a bacteria sanctuary.
The actor that will be playing the part of "Germy" will be a important piece of the puzzle and auditions will be held this spring.
